As many of you know Pedal Forward is now apart of the Pioneer Youth Center. This all proceeds raised from this page and other donation pages from Pedal Forward will be used to raise funds for the Pioneer Youth Drop in Center!

About Pioneer Youth:

To transform the lives of local youth by providing new experiences, fresh inspiration and offering hope & purpose for their future.

Our doors will be opening on January 1st, 2022. From then on, we will be open several nights a week from 3pm-7pm with hopes to continue to grow our operating hours in the coming months. There will be volunteers on site along with our staff to be present in working with our local youth and building relationships with them. Every week we will offer different programs that will provide new experiences and fresh inspiration for our youth! They will get hands-on experiences with different skills and crafts and be given opportunities to learn something new!

Come hang out and support us at Station Coffee on OCTOBER 9 from 9am-2pm! This incredible business is coming behind us and offering free coffee & pastries all while encouraging customers to donate to Pedal Forward! The funds we raise are going to directly help us launch the youth drop in center (coming January 2022)!! 500 Pairs of shoes and 1600 pairs of socks were picked up yesterday from for Hogansville Kiddos! We can’t wait to see the smile on their faces when they receive their tennis shoes! One day Alex was down at Pioneer and he was pulling out of his parking spot when all of a sudden this kid on his bike slammed into the back of his truck. Alex rushed out of his truck thinking he ran this kid over. The kid immediately apologized. Alex just wanted to make sure he was okay. So he tied a t-shirt around his scrapped up leg & realized that his bike’s brakes weren’t attached. Alex helped him attach his brakes back & the kid went on his way. Alex came home, walked in the door, looked at me and said:

“We need to start a bike shop for these kids.”

AND IN THAT MOMENT, PEDAL FORWARD WAS BORN.
