✨💫This was the highlight of our day and such a nice surprise! The one and only Tracey Tarantino DiBuono came in yesterday with an entire carload of beautiful donations! If you don’t know this alluring woman, she is the incredibly talented and hard-working producer of Zzazz Productions the premiere force force in the fashion and special events industries for over 40 years. Only Tracey could look this good after cleaning out and purging her entire basement. Thank you again Tracey for all that you do to make the world more exciting and beautiful place.

A little rain did not deter our determined team of volunteers from making a mom and her daughter's dream come true. After hardships that rattled their lives, our Kenneth Young client and daughter are now on their way to rebuild their lives. Volunteers, Roxanne Lostroscio, Lynda Rivard, Jenny Westfallen, Julie Saravia, Pamela Cahill, Jason Huth Movers, and Elizabeth Moore, implemented a design planned by the awesome trio of Julie Radtke, Chris Pasiewicz Minasian, and Gia Schurla. They filled an empty apartment with furniture and a lot more. This design trio even supplied a birthday cookie to help the client and daughter celebrate a special birthday. Special thanks to 'skitchenwitches for all the kitchenware, Lynda Rivard for the custom welcome pillow, and Linda Farley for her thoughtful welcome baskets. Pillows made by Under the AppleTree with fabric donated by Holly Hunt Designs and Calico Fabrics. They all added so much more to this move! It could not have been sweeter. Our thoughtful client even had a little gift for our design trio. As always, thank you to all who have donated in one way or another. Dont forget our big Gala is coming up in November. Can't make it? Please consider donating a bottle of w**e or two. Check out our Gala info on FB. Happy Fall!

Community Volunteers: The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside

It's a beautiful thing when community comes together to help those in need. That is exactly what happened on a bright summer day for a Bridge Communities mom and her two sons. Our team leader, Yvonne Miranda, was assisted by volunteers Colleen Stefani, Lisa Geneser, Lynda Rivard, Nancy Harte, Roxanne Lostroscio, SheilaJaskierski, and Kathy Robbins. Subaru volunteers included Junior Fisher,
Tim TurakulonIvan Zuniga, Deya Elsasleh, Tim Brady, Gio Rodriguez,JD Felgado, and Richard Fulfs. Ths family was beyond excited to walk into a fully furnished apartment ready with all essentials they need and more. Thanks to Junior Fisher for the new T.V. with two nintendo switches and controllers, gift cards for games, and Lego Marvel sets. We're also grateful to Lynda Rivard for the welcome pillow and Linda Farley for the generous gift baskets. Jason Huth came to our rescue once again with help loading the truck. Moving furniture is a heavy task and we've had a shortage of volunteers recently that are able to lift. If you or someone you know are interested in volunteering, please visit our website to check out the opportunities. We appreciate everyone who contributed to this move.

Move in 269
Leads: Kathy Robbins & Roxanne Lostrocio
Driver: Jason Huth

Team 269 kept the faith even after storms damaged the warehouse and left it with no power for a bit. Kathy & Roxanne worked their magic behind the scenes to make the move happen as scheduled. Our Bridge Communities client and her two children was able to come home to a fully furnished apartment to start off the new school year. Mom teamed up with Bridge Communities after experiencing the loss of her partner. Our team of volunteers, Colleen Stefani, Liz Moore, Julia Grosch, Lorenza DiNatale, Sheila Jaskierski, Steve Moskovitz, Sam Lostroscio, and Mike Robbins, did a beautiful job of working with our donated goods and a few pieces mom had saved from her previous dwelling to create a welcoming environment for the family. Thank you to Jason, Dex, and Miguel from Jason Huth Movers for all the heavy lifting. Thanks also to Debbie Baker Campbell and SharingConnections for supplying us with two much needed dressers. 'skitchenwitches supplied us with all the necessary kitchenware. Kudos to Linda Farley and Lynda Rivard for the personalized gift baskets and welcome pillow. We wish we could share this family's reactions with you, but please know that they were beyond happy and grateful. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this move. You helped impact the future for this family.

We get by with a little help from our friends… Please see the flyer below and help us if you can. We are looking for bottles of w**e and or liquor valued at $40 or more per bottle. This raffle helped us generate a large profit two years ago at our last gala and enabled us to help more people.

Please be generous if you can, and if you know anyone who is a distributor for w**e, alcohol, or owns a liquor store, please share this with them. 🍸🍹🍻🍷🍺🥃🥂🍾
