Frog Song Farm Sanctuary We are not currently open for visits. We are busy spending all of our time caring for the animals. We're a sanctuary retirement home for rescued farm animals.

Frog Song Farm Sanctuary - giving our animals the best of their lives for the rest of their lives. Our sanctuary sits on 107 acres of land with 3 ponds and rolling green pastures. We focus on older and special needs animals but also have a few who just needed a soft place to land. We currently have llamas Iand one alapaca,) cows, donkeys, horses, goats, pigs, turkeys, geese, ducks, chickens, barn cats and some very spoiled dogs. Unfortunately, we don't have enough hours in the day to care for the animals and entertain visitors so we are not open to the public.

Just as I got back to the house, I noticed that Lady and the Littles had left the shelter of the barn and we’re out in the pasture.

I’m going to take this to mean that if a barn cow was being discussed, they don’t want any part of it. I mean, surely, somebody. has to have my back! 🤪🤪

I’m not sure how sleeping positions were chosen but it’s possible that the boys weren’t exactly gallant tonight. 😜 The ladies, Scarlet and Polly, are sleeping on the mattress and straw in the pasture while the boys, Mayor W***y and Dixon have the piggy cave.

With the plexiglass up in the stalls on that side of the barn (we put it up when we put the mini-split in) those stalls are really a comfortable temperature even with the mini-split not running. We’re at that in-between time now - no need for A/C or heat. I think everyone is pretty comfy and happy so life is good! 🤗💤💕

Everyone has been gathered under the shelter of shady acres for most of the day. At first, I thought they were just trying to get out of the rain. Then! I noticed that Tucker was sitting on the gate leading a meeting.

Now, the question is whether he was trying to incite a barn coup or talk them out of one. 😱 Either way, I’ll be working under a heightened threat level for the next several days. 😳😂
