Snapshots from the Cancer Survivor Dinner hosted by the LaRue County Extension Homemakers.

The dinner was held at the Extension Office to celebrate and honor cancer survivors while remembering those who have lost their battle. Although the event was not planned as a fundraiser, attendees generously donated $1,180 to the American Cancer Society.

Spread the word -distribution begins May 26th!

The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program is back for 2026! Eligible seniors can receive a $50 benefit card to use at the LaRue County Farmers Market.

Distribution begins at 9 AM on May 26th at the LaRue County Extension Service, while supplies last.

To be eligible:
☑️ Be a LaRue County resident
☑️ Be age 60 or older
☑️ Meet income guidelines

Don’t forget to bring a valid driver’s license or government ID.
