Defensive move of the week 🥊‼️🌟😊

🚶🏿‍♂️ "Step/ Lean Back" is a highly effective move used to dodge punches. With your gaurd up, you can use your back foot to land as you push off with your lead foot. This helps you to move quickly while still maintaining your guard.

Muhammad Ali and a group of leading African American athletes held a press conference in Cleveland after Ali announced he was refusing to serve in the U.S. military in Vietnam due to Ali's anti-war standing. Likewise, Ali's anti-war stance was also formed due to civil rights.

In Memoriam 🙏🕊 Roy "Jack" Gillespie

🥊 The connection of our In Memoriam feature is that the featured fighters died resulting from injuries sustained in the ring, which is what we are trying to prevent.

✔️ We offer assistance for medical help and funding to help and protect them in their careers as fighters in a variety of situations. The In Memoriam features are also a way for us to honor fallen ring warriors of the past.
