With the net several days being forecast for rain, please be sure to clean off the storm drains along the street all along your property. This will help prevent flooding and the streets becoming ice skating rinks.

Santa will be coming to Hockessin Hunt on Monday, December 18th between 6 and 8 PM riding on a Hockessin Fire Company Engine! (weather & emergency calls permitting!).

Hockessin Fire Company is giving Santa a lift for his annual neighborhood tour starting on Monday, December 11. The schedule is posted below.

Halloween Night - Tuesday, October 31st - Please turn on your front door lights if you're participating in handing out "treats" to the little Goblins, Ghosts, and other costumed Children. Trick or Treater's should also carry flashlights and watch for cars on the streets! Be careful and have a safe and Happy Halloween!

CANCELLED Due to Heavy Rain Forecasted for Sunday!!! Hockessin Hunt's Annual Halloween Parade for the 'Kids in Kostumes' will be held on Sunday October 29th at 2 PM. Contact our Social Events Coordinator, Debbie Baker for more details! (There will be treats for the kids!)

The HHMC Annual Meeting is this Sunday, February 14th @ 7-9 PM. It will be held at the Hockessin Fire Company's Memorial Hall in the upstairs meeting room. Please be sure to attend or if you can't attend, return your completed Proxy From by Saturday afternoon. Thank you!

We're in the zone for between 18" - 24" of snow! Please keep vehicles off the streets and parked in your driveways starting tonight, Fri, jan 22nd so our snow contractor can more easily plow our streets. Also, remember to shovel snow into your yard, NOT into the streets (it's illegal to do so!) and take your time and go slow. Hopefully there are some enterprising teens looking to make some extra money shoveling this Saturday? Be safe and stay off the roads unless you absolutely need to travel. It's time again for our Annual Meeting, which will be held on Sunday, February 14th at 7:00 PM at the Hockessin Fire Company's Memorial Hall, upstairs meeting room.
