Stop by and grab some Sloppy Joes at Hobson Fun Day this Saturday July 11th. A sandwich, chips, cookie, and a water for $10.00. All proceeds go towards the lake!

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) is proposing updates to its public and commercial use fee schedules for state parks, fishing access sites, wildlife management areas, and other FWP-managed lands and waters. For Ackley Lake this would result in updated camping fees. Non-residents would change from $28.00 to $38.00 per night. Residents would change from $18.00 to $24.00 per night.

These increase to fee's help with the cost of maintaining and managing public recreation sites. FWP is accepting public comments through July 24th. Submit your comments to FWP using the link below.

Recreational Land Use rules are established to provide high-quality recreation experience, ensure safety, and provide an enjoyable experience for all visitors to FWP public use sites, including State Parks. Recreational Land Use rules, ARM 12.12.
