Project LIFT, in partnership with the Treasure Coast Center for Economic and Educational Development, hosted its inaugural Hard Hat Hustle event this week! 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️🛠

We want to extend a big thank you to our event sponsor, Heritage Concrete Construction, for making this event possible. We also want to recognize the local businesses that participated and shared their time and expertise to teach valuable skills to these young men and women.

Additionally, we want to thank the St. Lucie County elected officials who stopped by to see the program in action and share valuable insights on building a successful future.

Participants gained hands-on training in a variety of skilled trades and connected directly with local employers. Many of them were even hired on the spot!

We’re thrilled with the strong turnout and proud to support these driven young individuals as they take meaningful steps toward their future careers.

Today, Nacho isn’t just succeeding. He’s leading. He runs a shop independently and recently returned to Project LIFT to pour back into our young men, teaching them valuable automotive skills he's learned here and in the workplace. 🔧
