🎉 WE’RE CELEBRATING 3 YEARS… WITH OUR BIGGEST ANNOUNCEMENT YET! 🎉
❤️ High-Impact Tutoring is now available FREE to eligible students through RTS Learning Foundation! ❤️
This has been one of the biggest prayers on my heart.
Three years ago, on July 10, 2023, I took one of the biggest and scariest leaps of my life and launched Rojas Tutoring Services. I had no idea that saying “yes” to God would lead to something so much greater than I could have imagined.
Over the last three years, I have had the privilege of watching students learn to read with confidence, overcome challenges in math, strengthen their English language skills, and believe in themselves again. Every success story has reminded me why this mission matters.
As I look back, I realize this journey was never just about tutoring, it was about changing lives, creating opportunities, and giving students the support they deserve.
When I thought this dream had reached its greatest potential, God reminded me that His plans are always bigger than mine.
That is how Rojas Tutoring Services grew into RTS Learning Foundation.
I remember praying that one day financial barriers would never stand between a child and the education they deserve. I prayed that every student who needed support would have the opportunity to receive it.
As we celebrate our 3-year anniversary, I am overwhelmed with gratitude because I get to say:
That prayer is becoming a reality.
Through RTS Learning Foundation, High-Impact Tutoring is now available FREE to eligible students, allowing us to serve even more children and families in our community.
To every tutor who has been part of this mission, to my family, to every parent who trusted us, and to every student who has walked through our doors, thank you. You are part of this story, and this milestone belongs to all of us.
Most of all, thank You, God. None of this would have been possible without Your guidance, Your provision, and Your perfect timing.
Three years down… and we’re just getting started.

☀️ What a Wonderful Way to End Our Summer Learning Program! 📚🍧

Today, our students celebrated an incredible summer of learning with a special walking field trip to the library! They explored how to find and check out books, discovered new stories to enjoy, and experienced one of the greatest gifts a community can offer a love of reading.

After our library visit, we enjoyed a picnic lunch together and cooled off with delicious snow cones to celebrate all of their hard work and accomplishments.

At RTS Learning Foundation, we believe that learning should be engaging, meaningful, and fun. Whether students are strengthening their reading and math skills, exploring STEM, or creating lifelong memories with friends, every experience is an opportunity to grow.

As we close another successful summer, our hearts are full of gratitude, for our amazing students, supportive families, dedicated staff, and community partners who made this program possible.

This may be the end of our summer program, but it’s only the beginning. We’re excited to continue supporting students through our High-Impact After-School Tutoring Program this school year!

🎉 RTS Learning Foundation is Expanding!

We are honored to announce that RTS Learning Foundation has been selected to receive funding through the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) Out-of-School Time (OST) Program.

This investment allows us to expand our High-Impact Tutoring Program, providing more K-8 students with research-based academic support designed to accelerate learning and produce measurable results.

What Makes Our Program Different?

✔ High-Impact Tutoring backed by evidence-based practices

✔ Qualified educators providing intentional, small-group instruction

✔ Ongoing progress monitoring to measure student growth

✔ Reading, Math, STEM, and Social-Emotional Learning

🎓 FREE for Eligible Students

Thanks to NMPED funding, eligible K–8 students can receive FREE enrollment in our High-Impact Tutoring Program.

🌺 Aloha Week was a blast at RTS Learning Foundation! 🌺

This week, our students combined STEM and summer fun through exciting hands-on activities! They explored basic engineering by building mini motors with propellers and got creative making their own edible beach desserts. Learning is always more meaningful when students can explore, create, and have fun together.

We’re so proud of our students’ curiosity, teamwork, and enthusiasm. Here’s to another week of learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories! ☀️🏖️📚💙

We had an eventful week at our Summer Learning Program as we kicked off STEM Week! Our students have been excited and engaged as they explored new concepts and discovered the world around them.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Elizabeth Wieser from the Hobbs Campaign for Grade Level Reading. Her enthusiasm and energy during story time captivated our students and reinforced the joy of reading. Students also revived FREE books!

Thanks to STEM Innovation Network for the STEM kits. Students also learned about Ingenuity, the innovative helicopter that flew on Mars, and had the opportunity to create their own helicopter models. Thanks to Elvin Wallace for making the day even more exciting, students got an up-close look at a drone and learned about how these amazing technologies work.

It’s an exciting time to be a learner at RTS Learning Foundation, where we are truly “Wild for Learning!” 🚁📚🚀🌎

NMOST Leadership Institute 2026 🎓✨

What an incredible journey! I completed the NMOST Leadership Institute 2026 and am walking away with new knowledge, new perspectives, and a renewed passion for leadership.

One of the greatest gifts of this experience was connecting with so many talented individuals from across New Mexico. From artists to dancers, storytellers to songwriters, educators to community leaders, each person brought unique gifts, experiences, and ideas that enriched our learning.

In fact, somewhere along the way, I even found myself writing lyrics to what could be the NMOST theme song! That’s how inspiring and energizing this experience was. The creativity, passion, and talent in this cohort were simply contagious.

This experience reminded me that leadership is not about walking alone. It is about building relationships, learning from others, and working together to create positive change in our communities.

Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. The training may be complete, but the impact will continue for years to come.

We are NMOST, and we will always be Doing the Most! 💙💛
