🎨 MURAL MONDAY SPOTLIGHT 🎨
Meet Tim Smith — a blue-collar worker, welder, graphic designer, and talented local artist whose passion for creativity began with graphite and charcoal drawings at an early age.
Tim’s featured mural, which he simply calls “The Yellow Flowers,” showcases the beauty that can emerge from everyday inspiration and artistic expression.
🌼 “During the event, I enjoyed being around other artists, absorbing the environment, and witnessing their techniques, processes, and variety.” — Tim Smith
One of the most meaningful parts of this mural is its location. Tim created this piece on the wall of a place that holds personal significance to him—The Works Combat Academy, where he volunteers and trains in jiu-jitsu and kickboxing.
Thank you, Tim, for sharing your talent and helping bring color, creativity, and community pride to Downtown Hobbs! 💜
