Lea County Women's Network Connecting Women of Lea County

The Lea County Women's Network (LCWN) exists to provide a professional, educational and personal support network for the women of Lea County. We endeavor to provide role models for the community through an outreach speaker program and to serve as a resource for professional employment and career and personal advancement. To this end, LCWN provides scholarships for women pursuing degrees from New Mexico Junior College and University of the Southwest and conducts a mentoring program for Lea County high school girls.
