United Way of Lea County 2-1-1 Helpline United Way Of Lea County 2-1-1 has been available in Lea county since 2004. This service has been provided to our county free of charge for 9 years.

United Way 2-1-1 Information & Referral line became available to the citizens of Lea County in 2004. Since its inception the people of Lea County have come to know 2-1-1 as the central location for information regarding human services. Each year 2-1-1 receives numerous calls regarding: shelter, rental assistance, utility assistance, food, clothing, medical and legal aid.
