EMS week day 3 Safety Day-New Jersey’s Move Over Law N.J.S.A. 39:4-92.2, protects EMS, fire, police, tow operators, and roadside workers.

When you see emergency vehicles with flashing lights on the shoulder:

➡️ Move over one lane if it’s safe to do so
➡️ If you can’t move over, slow down below the speed limit
➡️ Stay alert and protect first responders working inches from traffic

Every second on the roadside is dangerous for EMS crews helping patients.

At HHKVAC, we take training seriously not only for our EMTs, but for the community we proudly serve every day. Our members dedicate countless hours to continuing education, hands-on training, and real-world scenarios to ensure we are always prepared to provide the highest level of care possible.

Education doesn’t stop with our crews. We are also committed to teaching and empowering our community through CPR education, safety awareness, and public outreach programs because lifesaving knowledge can make a difference before EMS even arrives.

📅 Course runs June 29 – August 7
⏰ Mon–Thurs | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (+ 2 Fridays)
💻 Mandatory orientation: June 16

⚠️ 100% attendance required, no absences
