We’re taping up boxes and closing down the donation center at Berean Baptist Church. Thank you to everyone who has given items, time, gift cards, food, and prayer.

We’ll be loading boxes at 11A. If you’re nearby and want to help, you’re welcome to stop in. Please keep praying for everyone affected.

Volunteers are needed tomorrow at 8 AM at 441 Berean Lane, Hixson as we prepare to move donations to the Integra Vista property.

We’ll be taping up boxes and loading them onto trucks, and any help you can give would be a huge blessing to the families we’re serving.

Thank you for continuing to show Christ’s love in practical ways.

Update on Hixson Apartment Fire Relieft Donations

07/09/2026

Hey, Hixson Neighbors. We are working on clearing out the donations to the community. We are boxing up items and moving them to the apartment complex as well as getting items to individual families displaced.

Since we received so many items we will open our sanctuary to the local homeless as well to get some items before we finish packing everything up.

We are inviting local families in need to reach out or come by the church between 1 and 3 today to get some needs met as well. After this all items will be transported and dispersed at the Apartment complex and maybe to a few local charities as well.

The support from the community has been overwhelming and the people we have so far met have been very grateful for the donations made to them.
