This group provides monthly gifts of hygiene bags to those who could benefit from them in Southern WV/Summers County.

Physical and monetary donations are accepted. This is to honor Margaret McLaughlin who died on 12/25/2021 due to COVID.

I delivered yet another trunk load of supplies to Loaves and Fishes today. Even though we don’t post much , today makes three years of doing this monthly donation 💕 We had recent generous donations from Sandy Richmond and Dr K Pitsenbarger and we are so thankful for them!! We continue to fill blessing boxes regularly during this cold weather and encourage anyone else to do so that is able. Please check on ur friends and neighbors, especially the ones that may live alone. Completing simple tasks for them can make all the difference 🥹💕

We delivered the usual 70 hygiene bags, 20 feminine bags and lots of cleaning supplies to Loaves and Fishes today. We also made 28 backpacks with school supplies for them to hand out and sent the extras that we had left as well💕 It was so nice to be able to deliver such a big load to them😁

We have to thank Dr Kelly and Joyce Pitsenbarger, Brittany Meadows and Bernie Mays for their donations 🙌🏽💕 You guys make a big difference in our work and we appreciate you:)

I dropped off this months bags yesterday to Loaves and Fishes. I forgot to take pics of the dish detergent and full size deodorant🤪

We will be working on some back to school bags around the first of the month to take down. Thank you to everyone that helps us keep this thing going every month. Momma would definitely be so proud!!🥹💕

We delivered the June bags last week 💕we had an anonymous donation of dish detergent, and a donation of 25$ from Tom and Rhonda Spencer. We are thankful to everyone that helps us as always!! We are so proud to still do this every month💕 Please check on ur neighbors in this heat, especially the older ones that may not have any help🥺

Today is our mommas 70th birthday and we celebrated by handing out the April bags last Friday at Loaves and Fishes. Thank you to everyone at L&F for always being so helpful and friendly to us and to the community they serve as well…We also have to thank Sandy Surber, Kevin Richmond and Lisa Ward for their donations. We are so blessed to have ur support. Our momma would be so proud of what we continue to accomplish together for this small community 💕

As we delivered the March bags to Loaves and Fishes this morning, I was reminded of momma and how hard she worked every week to gather the items for her hygiene bags to hand out. What a difference she tried to make in the lives of her community, in such a little but profound way..we try to do the same💕

We had an anonymous donor that sent a box of small shampoos and conditioners to us off of our Amazon list..so to you we are so thankful! Hinton Area Foundation was so generous to us on March 12th when we received our grant..we heard some amazing words from the people there and as always I cried a little..we just cannot begin to thank them enough for believing in us and our mommas mission🥺💕

🔅We have ordered almost everything for next months big bags in honor of our momma’s birthday on 4/24..and we will hand those out at Loaves and Fishes on 4/19. 🔅

I delivered the January bags today to Loaves and Fishes💕this makes two years of continuing to honor our momma in her tradition of giving back to our community. We are so very thankful to her oldest niece Traci Bowling..who sent several things from our Amazon list🙌🏽💕 below are pictures of what was in our bags..I didn’t take pics of the shampoo and laundry detergent, but there are 70 each of those as well each month😀

I delivered the December bags this morning for the food giveaway tomorrow at Loaves and Fishes. Thank you so much to Kelly Vencill for the donation of gloves! This Christmas makes two years since our wonderful momma has passed, and we are so proud to continue this in her honor. We hope u all enjoy this season with the ones you love…

I delivered the September bags to Loaves and Fishes today..I am so thankful to the staff there for all of their help and for always being so gracious 💕 We continue to make around 70 laundry supply and 70 personal hygiene bags and 20-30 feminine bags every month. The weather is getting cooler, so we are reminding u to check on ur neighbors to make sure they are ok…u never know what someone may be dealing with🥺 Every small act of kindness is appreciated !
