We’re thrilled to announce that Megan Casey will be stepping into a new year-round role with Berkshire Lake! 💙💚
Megan joined BLAC for our very first summer as a Dance Counselor on our inaugural staff. Since then, it’s been a joy to have her back, taking on leadership roles and becoming an important part of our community. And now, she’s here to stay!
Starting this fall, Megan will join our year-round team as BLAC’s Staffing Director, where she’ll work to build the incredible team of counselors and staff who make camp possible. During the summer, she’ll now serve as Head Counselor, focusing on campers’ social and emotional well-being and helping create a supportive, inclusive community where every camper can feel connected, authentically themselves, and at home.
A competitive dancer and lifelong lover of the arts, Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Dance, with minors in Education and Community Arts, from Springfield College. Outside of camp, she works as a dance teacher and choreographer with dancers of all ages and experience levels.
We’re so excited that Megan will continue to be part of the BLAC family in this new role!
