Register Now for the 2022 Spring Season!

Hingham Hull Cohasset Babe Ruth League is happy to open registration for it's Spring Season, to take place from April - June 2022.

Important Notes:

· Registration is open to all players who live in Hingham, Hull, and Cohasset ages 13-15 years old

· Registration is open to the first 120 players

· Evaluations will be held in March, and will be for new players only (time and location TBD)

Hingham/Hull Babe Ruth ( #2 seed) won the Metro South Fall League 15U championship, beating East Bridgewater ( #1 seed) 10-2.

Jake Schulte pitched a complete game, allowing 2 runs. Head Coach Rickard said that everyone contributed on the offense, as the team stole twelve bases and had timely hits. The team's great defensive play, led by Ted Swanson, Max Moraites, Zachary Griffin, Ethan Rickard, Jeremy Aylward and Chris Swirbalus behind the plate, helped decide the game.

The team advanced to the championship, after beating Rockland 2-1 in the semi-final game. Ned Coyne was lights out, pitching a six inning shutout with great defense by Jake Schulte, Ethan Rickard and Connor Hipp and Jeremy Aylward as catcher. Jake Schulte closed the game out in the 7th inning.

The Hingham Hull Babe Ruth Baseball League has canceled the Fall evaluation event tomorrow. The decision was made due to the weather.

Please check back in early January for an announcement about a Spring 2021 evaluation date.

It was a tournament to remember for the Hingham Hull Babe Ruth League’s 14U All-Star Team. The group of 12 players put together an amazing run that accounted for 35 innings while only giving up 6 runs. The future is bright for the Hingham Hull Babe Ruth program!

The Hingham-Hull Babe Ruth League have two All Star teams advance to the Massachusetts State Championship Series. After 1st and 2nd place finishes this weekend at the event, the 14-year-old and 15-year-old teams continue their postseason today with the start of the single elimination playoff rounds. The 14s play at Cronin Field and first pitch is at 4:45 PM. Come cheer them on!

The Hingham Hull Babe Ruth 14U All-Star team made the most of every moment in the first round of the state 2020 COVID Cup Championship Series.

The team clinched a spot in the championship bracket on Saturday. Chris Volpe delivered 6 fabulous innings finishing with 11 strikeouts and Jake Schulte tossed a scoreless inning in relief to shutout division opponent Marshfield in a 9-0 victory.
