In the midst of increasing coronavirus cases, social-distancing and the closing of businesses, school administrators and teachers were met with the unique challenge of providing a rich and engaging educational environment through a computer screen. As school districts begin the slow transition back to in-person learning, the stress and anxiety that escalated over the last year is palpable, and its impact on everyone's mental health will become clearer as we begin to 'normalize' what it means to be in school.
