You don’t always see the people living with IBD, because stigma can quiet their voices.💜💜💜

Our IBD Care Packages are designed to guide individuals newly diagnosed toward resources, support, and a community that understands.💜💜💜

Raising awareness and breaking the stigma associated with IBD is one way we begin ending the silence.💜💜💜

Each month, our IBD Care Package Request Form opens for the first person newly diagnosed with IBD within the last 12 months, offering them a little comfort and connection right at the beginning of their journey.💜💜💜

And for those who feel called to help, we welcome sponsors who want to help support our care packages and make sure more warriors feel seen, supported, and never alone.💜💜💜

Every step has a story.
Ours begins with Tenisa💜

We lost Tenisa💜 on December 1, 2022 to Crohn’s disease, and The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Take Steps was the very first event we attended in 2023. That day changed so much for me — it was the moment grief met purpose, and love found a new way to move.💜

Now in 2026, we’re still taking steps for her. Still showing up. Still carrying her light into every walk, every mile, every moment.💜

For Tenisa💜. Always.💜💜💜
