Ohio’s public libraries are leading the way! Ohioans checked out more than 13 items per person — more than twice the national average! 🎉
What makes Ohio’s public libraries stand out? It’s a commitment to access, collaboration, and community. Ohioans can use public libraries across the state without paying non-resident fees, and libraries work together to connect readers with millions of materials beyond their local shelves.
From books and digital resources to Wi-Fi hotspots, health kits, and welcoming spaces where neighbors can connect, Ohio’s public libraries are much more than places to borrow books. They’re essential community resources that enrich lives every day.
