• Have been affected by cancer personally or through an immediate family member living with them
• Are a high school senior or current college/trade school student (anywhere in the U.S.)
• Plan to attend a 2- or 4-year college or trade school this fall
• Have a minimum 2.5 GPA

A completed application and transcript(s) are required.
