Ok. Admit...we've been kinda quiet but our athletes haven't! Many of us have been training, re-training, trying new things like cross training and yoga...anything to keep moving during the cold winter. BUT...warm weather is coming back. While we don't have scheduled runs just yet, there are plenty in town who go mornings, evenings and weekends. Try messaging here if you're looking for people to go with. ALSO..don't forget there are sprint and hill classes available at Brickhouse. Mondays at 6pm, Wednesdays and 5:15am and Thursdays at 6pm. If weather permits, these will be held outside!!! Go go go! Get out and move!

MARK YOUR CALENDAR!!

Group run Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 7pm. Meet in front of Brickhouse Corner Fitness.

It's going to be our First Christmas Fun Run. We will run and checkout all the pretty Christmas lights in town. Take some fun pictures while we're doing it. Wait!! There is more.... we are also going to sing Christmas Carols. YES, we all are going to sing and have fun. Even if it's Jingle Bells is the only song that we all can get through, so be it. It's all about having fun! This is NOT a fast group run. So bring a friend, put your child in a stroller if you need to, just come out and have some jolly oh fun. Newbies it's a good time to check out the club without feeling that you need to run 10 miles or need to go fast. We will stay as a group. Oh yea, NO SCROOGES ALLOWED! HO! HO! HO!

Pat Hill who owns the Purple Store in Kaneville is fighting Stage 4 Breast Cancer. My TRI team, GIRLS GONETRI has put together a walk for Pat. It is a mile "WALK" for her on Sunday November 23, 2014 at 11am. She will be walking with us. There are also some really good prizes if you're interested in the raffle. You can buy your ticket(s) on line. You will then receive an email or text with a copy of your raffle ticket(s).
