Would you like to get a job as a certified lifeguard? Hilton is holding a lifeguard training and certification class on May 21 at the aquatic center, and the district is looking to hire lifeguards.

The class includes lecture and pool components along with a certification card for lifeguarding, CPR/AED and first aid.

We are offering a summer Driver Education course through Zoom on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The class runs June 29 to Aug. 26.

Students will receive a New York State DMV MV-285 certificate to schedule a road test after completion of the program.

Registration is now now open for the spring Driver Education course, which runs April 5 to May 26.

Zoom instruction is from 7-8:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. In car instruction will be conducted by a parent/guardian per current New York state guidelines. The class costs $300.

We are hosting the 5-hour prelicensing course through Zoom from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 20 and May 8.

New York State DMV requires this course to register for a driving test if you are not taking driver education.

The class costs $50 and is open to everyone. Participants will need a learner permit before taking the class.
