We are still in need of monetary donations for the 2023 Clothes for Kids event on November 13th.
Any donation is appreicated by our program and the families it serves. Please be assured that 100% of your donation is used to purchase clothing and shoes for Elim and Merquin students in need.

On behalf of the Hilmar Clothes for Kids board - we thank each one of you that donated time, money, toys, pizza, knitted hats, etc. The Hilmar community has generously rallied together every year to support those students that need a little extra support and this year was no different. Tonight we were able to take 100+ students (TK-5th) shopping for clothing essentials and we will continue to serve our Middle and High School students in need as well thanks to the generous hearts in our community. We are beyond thankful for you all! Hilmar knows how to celebrate and honor the spirit of Christmas!

Two weeks from tonight is our annual event when we get to spread some goodwill and provide a night of joyful memories to some students within our community that are in need. If it is within your means to donate your money and/or time - we are needing donations of either kind! Monetary donations can be made to Hilmar Clothes for Kids at F&M bank on First St. in Hilmar or contact Rylen Dickey if you are willing to volunteer your time as a chaperone or otherwise! Thank you again - this event is only possible through the generosity of the community.

With cooler weather and Christmas around the corner... We are once again preparing to provide warm clothing and create a memorable evening for some special children our community. As always, this event is only successful because of generous monetary donations from the community (@ Farmer’s & Merchants bank), toy donations and volunteer chaperones (must meet requirements - please direct message for further information). Donations are welcome at any time or if you are willing to chaperone the evening of the event (Monday, December 2nd) - please let us know! Thank you again!

Finally!!! The weather is starting to cool down and we turn our focus to serve our Elim and Merquin students that could benefit from new and warm clothing. Hilmar Clothes for Kids will be hosting our annual service event on December 3rd! As always - we welcome support in the form of monetary donations (PO Box 1236, Hilmar), toy donations (F&M Bank in Hilmar and Holy Rosary) as well as volunteer chaperones to help the night of the event! If you are interested in volunteering, please comment below and one of our committee members will be in touch with you soon! This event continues to thrive and be a successful service due to the generous hearts and helping hands of our community members and friends. Thank you!!

From the bottom of our hearts - we would like to thank everyone that participated through donations of your time, purchased toys or monetary contributions. Your support of this event is overwhelming and tomorrow morning there will be 100+ children dressed warmly in new clothes and wearing the biggest smile because of your generosity. This event is successful because of you. Thank you so very much!

8 more days until our most favorite event of the season takes place! Hilmar Clothes for Kids is still accepting all donations (monetary, toys, time)! For all volunteers that have already agreed to chaperone, you will receive all instructions for the event by Saturday, December 2nd. We couldn't be more appreciative of the support we have received thus far and we hope to keep the momentum going through December 4th! Thank you for keeping our community kids warm this winter season and adding a bit of Christmas magic to their holiday.
