📢 Hilmar Packers Parent Meeting Reminder & Location Change

🚨 All parent meetings will now be held in the ELIM CAFETERIA due to the high school floors being redone.

✅ A parent/guardian must attend ONE mandatory meeting (players & cheerleaders do not attend).
📋 Please bring any missing paperwork and be prepared to make your final in-person payment if needed.
💳 All registration fees are due by July 1st.

• 6:00 PM – Varsity Football & Cheer
• 7:00 PM – JV Football & Cheer

🏈 June 18
• 6:00 PM – Novice Football & Cheer
• 7:00 PM – Jr. Novice Football & Cheer & Mascots

🏅 JV & Varsity families: Don’t forget to bring or email your child’s last semester grades if they earned a 3.5 GPA or higher for TVYFL academic recognition.

📢 Hilmar Packers Fundraiser Reminder 💚🏈

Hi Parents & Supporters! Just a friendly PSA: the Hilmar Packers only host two official fundraisers each year – our Crab Feed in March and Drive-Thru Dinner in the Fall. These help keep registration costs low and provide top-notch equipment for our players and cheerleaders.

We love and encourage private fundraisers to help you with your child’s registration fees!

If you run one, please remember:
• Include the player/cheerleader who the funds are going towards
• Clearly state: “Private fundraiser – not affiliated with Hilmar Packers”
• Do not use the Packers logo

A HUGE thank you to all the amazing people and businesses who donated items for our live auction and raffle. Your generosity helped make our Crab Feed such a fun and successful event! 🙌

Thank you to everyone who came out, bought tickets, bid big, donated, and showed their support. It’s always an amazing turnout and the energy in the room never disappoints! 💚💛

A special shoutout to all the volunteers, athletes, and our incredible kitchen staff who donated their time and worked so hard to make the night a success — helping prep and cook our amazing food, set up, serve, sell raffle tickets, and clean up. Events like this truly take a team effort and we appreciate every one of you! 👏

Because of this incredible community, the funds raised go directly toward providing our Hilmar Packers Football & Cheer athletes with the best equipment, opportunities, and experience possible.

We are so blessed to be part of such a supportive community! We have sold out of the individual tickets for our crab feed March 14th. But good news one of our separate tables has become available for purchase. Price is $1300 for 10 people with reserved seating. Please contact Marilene Branco 209- 495-8162 to purchase. ✔️ Cheer: Ages 5–14 (must be 5 by July 15, 2026)

💚 Divisions available from Cheer Mascots through Varsity

💲 Fees:
• Football: $350 (due by July 1)
• Cheer: $550 (due in May before fittings)
• $200 refundable volunteer deposit per family (16 hours)
• $100 credit for families of 3 or more
