It’s another bright sunny day! We are getting flooded with babies with calls coming in daily! We are once again looking for dedicated volunteers to help out throughout the week! If you are interested in helping please remember these are wild animals that we are caring for! Please no one under the age of 18 at this time.

Somedays are more overwhelming than others. While my mobility is improving one day at a time life is still a struggle. We currently have 35 baby raccoons in our care, 10 baby opossums and all of our resident critters. We rely heavily on volunteers to handle the day to day cleaning an we all know this is no small task! We also rely heavily on donations to help feed, house and care for the animals in our care. Take a moment to reflect on how many mountains we climb for these animals. Without your support and care we wouldn’t be able to continue to provide top notch care and housing until the babies in our care are ready for release!

We are a registered 501(c)3. Any donations made are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. We ask you consider donating to help support our wildlife in need.

We can accept cash or checks written out to the broken bandit wildlife center
Venmo
Or consider donating online. Even $1 helps.

Thank you for your continued support and love.

The days are long, and the going is tough for wildlife and humans alike. Giving a second chance is what matters most. We are currently providing shelter to 33 raccoons that have been orphaned or injured. We value every life and take pride in our compassionate approach, seeking to understand the emotional experience of each animal. When the day comes to a close, can you sleep soundly knowing you've made a more significant positive impact than negative?

Apparently, there was a mistake in communication made somewhere along the lines we do not adopt sell or foster out any wildlife. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and occasionally we do put up post asking for certain donations to fit the needs of the animals in our care. Posting pictures of babies and totes is usually during feeding time that is not where they reside if you have not been out to our establishment please set up a time and come visit so that we can put a Kabash to all of the rumors. Thank you

Revised post!

Baby season is officially here!!!

We need your help!!! We are running thru a lot laundry soap, paper towels and dawn dish soap!!!

We have a lot of blankets coming, so if you can please focus on the other items! But we will gladly accept blankets.

Based off of the first post -
1. We do not adopt, sell or foster out ANY wildlife! Please do not ask, we receive several animals once the “cute” has worn off. They are not good pets no matter what we you see on social media.
2. We do not release any animals in city limits.
3. State parks and recreation areas are not legal release sites.

If you are able to help we will definitely appreciate it!
