This month, we’re celebrating an extraordinary milestone as Vicki Casella retires after 40 years of leadership at The Bridge School.

For four decades, Vicki has been a steadfast advocate, leader, mentor, and champion for individuals with complex communication and physical disabilities. Her dedication has shaped countless lives and helped build The Bridge School into the organization it is today.

As we begin our celebrations of The Bridge School’s 40th anniversary, it’s especially fitting to honor someone whose commitment has been woven into its story from the very beginning.

Bridge to Life is looking to add both a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to our team.

We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about AAC, collaboration, and helping individuals of all ages communicate, connect, and thrive. We prioritize providing services in meaningful and relevant contexts for our clients, including schools, day programs, home, and out in the community.

We are so proud to celebrate Maddie on her graduation from The Bridge School! 💫

Over the years, it's been incredible to watch her confidence grow as she's discovered new ways to express her thoughts, ideas, and personality through AAC. From classroom discussions to friendships and everyday conversations, Maddie has shown determination, curiosity, and a wonderful sense of humor. Her voice has become stronger each year, and we cannot wait to see all the amazing things she will accomplish in middle school and beyond.
