We exist to live out God’s commandment to care for those in need by loving & serving our neighbors. And every 3rd Saturday of the month, 10:00 AM - 12:15 PM

Open for food distribution every Tuesday 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM & 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Feeding Hands is a 501c3 charity providing food and other resources to individuals and families in need from its base in Somerset County, New Jersey. Feeding Hands serves those in need regardless of a person's race, color, national origin, age, s*x, or disability. Our mission is to engage individuals, churches, and busin

esses in alleviating poverty and helping those caught in its clutches. Operating from our core values of Empathy, Connection and Stewardship, we are transforming the lives of our guests and our volunteers. God is moving here at Feeding Hands. We are restricted to serving guests from Somerset County (excluding Franklin Township) and the following towns in Middles*x County: Middles*x, Dunellen, Piscataway, and South Plainfield.

What a day it was

Thank you to every runner/walker, volunteer, sponsor, donor, and supporter who made our 5K so special.

Because of this incredible community, we raised over $50,000 - helping provide over $200,000 worth of groceries to families in need.

Your support goes far beyond the finish line. Whether you ran, volunteered, donated, or shared our mission, you helped make a real impact.

A season of needing help can happen to anyone.

A missed paycheck. An unexpected bill. A difficult transition. A season of loss.

That’s why our pantry exists. To create a space where families are met with dignity, compassion, and support — not judgment.

Every week, our shelves become groceries on kitchen tables, meals for children, and relief for families carrying more than most people see.

No one is meant to go through hard seasons alone, and thanks to our community, we’re able to remind people that help is here when they need it most.

Because of this community, Stride to Provide was more than a 5K — it was a reminder of what’s possible when people come together to serve others!

Yesterday, we served over 150 families at our Hillsborough pantry distribution.

As families headed out, they were invited to take a fresh flower in honor of Mother’s Day — a small gesture to celebrate the amazing mothers and women in our community. 🌸

We were also grateful to have the YMCA join us to share resources about their diabetes prevention program with our guests while they waited.

On the first Thursday of each May, people from across our county gather to pray for the welfare of Somerset County and our nation.

This year, they also came together in generous support of Feeding Hands, collecting essential food supplies and financial gifts to help serve our neighbors in need.
