For 14 years, the IACKids Foundation has stood alongside our GCH social work team, making a meaningful difference for the families we care for every day. 💙

Through this incredible partnership, IACKids has provided over $2.5 million in direct support to our families facing financial hardships due to their child’s medical condition, along with more than $60,000 in gas cards to help families traveling for care get where they need to go, easing burdens during some of life’s most challenging moments.

According to the organization, spending time away from a sick child can cause stress and has caused some people to lose their job or be forced to quit.

When 7 year old twin sisters Emmie & Katie McCarville learned that IACKids was started to honor friends of the family, they decided to ask for donations to help the families we serve rather than gifts for their birthday! $500 to IACKids!!
