Highland County Community Action Organization, Inc. HCCAO leads individuals & families toward self-sufficiency through compassionate support services & impactful community development initiatives.

Welcome to the Highland County Community Action page. The organization provides numerous services in a wide variety of areas to help the residents of Highland County. Some programs are offered only specific times of the year. Others come and go. Please check back often to see what is new at HCCAO, Inc. We also encourage you to contact our office and discuss your specific need if you cannot find the information here. Our staff are dedicated to helping the residents of our county in whatever way we can as long as it is within the guidelines of our funders. During these difficult economic times, many people may have to turn to our organization for assistance for the very first time. We have been helping other county residents, neighbors and family members for over 52 years—now let us help you.
