Free back to school store

It is almost that time again! The Free Back to School Store will be asking for donations again. Think of us when you are going through your clothes and doing a spring clean! We are asking for new and gently used clothing size 4-adult. We ask that there are no stains and that it is school appropriate. Any season is welcome. Please no used underwear, bras, or socks. No swim wear and no shoes. We purchase new shoes and have no storage or way to clean them. We are also seeking donations of school supplies, backpacks, and laundry detergent, new hygiene items, and new in package socks and underwear. We take used prom and dance attire for boys and girls. Again, we thank you for your donations! Donations can be dropped off at the Methodist Church across from Hardee's from April 1st-30th. Chris Gutierrez will not be able to help unload but he can guide you where to go! If that doesn't work for you feel free to reach out to drop donations off directly to me at my house. The free back to school store is still seeking donations for the July 26th event. We are in need of all school supplies, back packs, and clothing items. I will accept donations until the day of the event. We have no dance dresses yet this year. All donations are appreciated. Thanks all!

I am happy to announce that Dr Nathan Kirby has decided to pair up with The Imagine Hillsboro Free Back to School Store this year. He will be providing eye exams that are required for Kindergarten and some screenings if you think your child needs glasses. He will not be able to order the child glasses but he will be able to provide you with your prescription to take else where to purchase glasses. He is donating his time for the kids in our community! Such an awesome gesture and it's no surprise. Thank you Nathan! We look forward to having you.

July 26th, 2025 The Free Back To School Store will have a pop up store from 10am to 2pm at Free Methodist Church of Hillsboro. I am excited to announce that in addition to Montgomery Co Health Dept coming to do a vaccine clinic. 💉 🦷 Miles of Smiles will be returning to do exams and cleanings.🦷 👟 Shoe Carnival will be on site again and kids will be able to be sized and leave that day with a pair of shoes! (Children must be present) As always there will be clothing, hygiene items, hair cuts, and limited quantities of school supplies, backpacks, lunch, and much more! We can't wait to share this with the children of the community! ❤️ 👟 👕 👖 👗 🦷 💉🎒 🖊️

📢It's that time once again. 📢 Clean out your closets for the Free Back to School Store clothing drive. Hillsboro Methodist Church, located at 537 Rountree St in Hillsboro, has paired with us once again to be a designated clothing and supply drop off. You can drop clothing, supplies, and backpacks off during business hours 9:30am to 1:00pm Monday-Friday, Feb 3rd-Feb 28th 2025. Full list of accepted items:
Clothing size 4t to adult any size. (No pajamas or swim wear.)
New socks and underwear
New hygeine items
Any school supply items
Gently used formal/dance attire
Laundry soap/pods
Backpacks (new and gently used)
Monetary donations for purchasing shoes

🛑Clothing and backpacks must be free of holes or stains. We do not accept pajamas, swimwear, used socks or underwear, used shoes, or infant clothing to 3t.

The Free Back to School Store would like to start gathering school supplies for our next event. I will continue to store a surplus of items for next year if anyone would like to stock up at the end of this season on clearance. We will take any and all school supplies and backpacks. Thank you!
