Golden Road Arts Golden Road Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides free art lessons for elementary and middle school kids. In addition, we host free in-person art events.

All our resources are designed to help teachers and parents foster creativity in children. Through art, children learn how to express themselves, build confidence, develop problem-solving and motor skills. Our art lessons teach art in a fun and creative way, while also exploring art history. Golden Road Arts operates through donations from individuals, businesses, grants and the sale of art purcha

We had great fun this week with Hillsboro Public Library making paper bag puppets and pinecone owls at Art in the Park! Next Wednesday, August 19th, is the last Art in the Park event of the summer! Come see us at Evergreen Park from 10:30 AM - noon to celebrate, make art, and grab some books from the library!

UPDATE: The pop-up event at Orenco Woods Nature Park with Library on the Loose is canceled on Thursday, August 6.

CANCELATION: The Summer Fun park pop-up event at Hidden Creek Park East is canceled on Wednesday, August 5 due to air quality.

This includes Rollin' Rec, Mobile Makers, Library on the Loose, and all pop-up programming.
