Dear valued members, I am writing to provide a brief update following our annual meeting held last week. Although attendance was somewhat lower than anticipated, we were pleased to welcome a new member to our association. Notably, the membership dues for 2026 will remain unchanged. As of now, 76 out of 97 members are up-to-date with their payments. For any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact Isaac or a Trustee. It is worth noting that landscaping continues to account for 75% of our operational expenditures. A flyer will be circulated shortly regarding the autumn cul-de-sac event and day of festivities. Those interested in participating in the garage sale should kindly reach out to Mona. I would like to extend my gratitude to all members for their diligent yard work this spring and offer assistance with gas-lit front lights if needed. Remember, illuminated lights contribute to reduced crime. We have brought to the city's attention the issue of traffic disregarding stop signs. We encourage members to remain vigilant and report any concerns. The Trustee positions for 2026 have been confirmed, with all incumbents retaining their roles. Congratulations are in order to our team for successfully minimizing overhead costs, allowing us to pass the benefits to our members. I wish you all a wonderful spring season. Good morning Davidson Run members,
Invoices for 2026 annual dues have been emailed to those of us that have emails on account with our Treasurer. There were a few that were sent USPS. Please reach out to the Trustees if you have questions. It's spring and we are getting rain. Time to check downspouts and especially your sump pump. Might be a good time to consider adding a battery back-up.
Recently, a flyer was sent to out for our Annual Association meeting. The meeting will be Tuesday, March 24, 2026 beginning at 7PM EST. The meeting will be at the NTFD at 4283 Davidson Road. Agenda items is Finance and Budget, Landscaping, Community Events, Election of Trustees, and introduction of our new neighbors. Looking forward to seeing everyone. Thanks.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and ensure that the HOA is listed as an authorized sender. Good morning! I hope you all are safe and well! Trash pickup is delayed until Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Hilliard asked we refrain from placing our bins in or near the roads so they can be protected from the plowing. Thanks in advance.

Good morning and Happy New Year. I hope your year is off to a great start. In case you missed it, the City of Hilliard conducted an annual city tree trimming yesterday. Each property in our subdivision has a city tree planted by and maintained by the city. If you are missing a tree or it has died, you can contact the City of Hilliard via 311 or the website to get on a schedule for replacement.
Fees for our homeowners association in 2026 will remain the same. Look for invoices in the February timeframe and we are planning our annual meeting and election of Trustees for March. Please feel free to contact one of the Trustees with any questions.

Good morning everyone. The back to school season has commenced. Please exercise caution as children will be present at bus stops. Reduce your speed and remain vigilant. This year, our community welcomes a significant number of first-year students. Below is a list of Hilliard Police personnel assigned to our schools. Additionally, appreciation is extended to our talented musicians and those who participated in Saturday night's Cul-de-Sac event. Special gratitude is owed to Mona and Craig Holderby for their collaboration on the concert. If your child participated in the bike parade, hopefully they did get slightly wet courtesy of the NTFD's new truck! 🚲
