I wrote this book to make estate planning easier to understand and, more importantly, easier to act on. It covers wills, trusts, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations, probate, long-term care, planning for incapacity, and many of the decisions families eventually have to face.
The goal isn’t to turn anyone into an estate-planning expert. It’s to help people understand their choices well enough to make them intentionally — before someone else is left trying to figure out what they would have wanted.
