Corbin's Corner Community Pet Pantry has reached milestones that have prompted our mission to expand our reach within the county.
Were you aware of the following statistics:
Nassau County is the made up of 726sq miles
As of the 2023 census the population was in excess of 101,500 & we are growing at a remarkable rate of speed & our ability to keep up with requests we receive has reached the next level of growth
Corbin's Corner Community Pet Pantry opened in January 2023 and to date we have assisted1440 families/homeless encampment/elderly locations.
We are proud to provide these distribution numbers:
* 43,200k pounds of dry cat/dog food
* 24,077 cans of cat/dog
* 9878 bags of cat/dog treats
* 3483 flea/tick preventatives for dogs
* provided 341 spay/neuter appointments at no charge
It's all about providing those with resources and information on how to maintain their beloved pet. No one wants to see their pets go to a shelter/rescue because they have fallen upon hard times.
Adding a double axel trailer to the distribution program will provide our ability to carry additional product, reverse the unloading part of an open trailer to always being ready to go, pick up larger food donations from generous supporters. This decision is a large step and will place in other locations throughout the county. New or gently used condition is preferred. We really do not have the time for a fixer upper as much as any trailer would be welcome. How can you help:

Donor of the trailer will be advertised on the trailer permanently for vehicle advertising - we are a 501c3 tax deduction charity (form letter available for emailing or postal)
2. Would you like to have your company logo on the trailer permanently?

3. Would you like to help with the costs that we will incur for the build out and maintenance for the trailer?
