2026 Hilliard Optimist Youth Football Season Schedule
• Now: Registration open and ongoing
• May 15, 2026: Registration fee increases by $25
• June 1, 2026: Registration closes
• Week of July 6, 2026: Uniform fitting & equipment pickup
• July 13–17, 2026: Draft Combine / 5 day mandatory heat acclimation. All players required to attend
• Weekend of July 18, 2026: Team Draft
• Week of July 20, 2026: First week of team practices
• On or before July 15, 2026: Full season game schedule released.
• August 16, 2026: First game.
• Labor Day Weekend: Bye week
• Weekend of October 11, 2026: Final regular season games
• October 18, 2026: Last guaranteed game (Playoff Week 1)
• October 25, 2026: Championship Weekend

PUSH UP Challenge 💪💪🏈🏈

Signups for the 2026 Hilliard Optimist Youth Football season are open now
To kick tbings off take part in our push up challenge 💪💪

Here’s how it works:
1. Have your player crank out as many push-ups as they can (proper form, of course!).
2. Film a quick video of them doing it.
3. Post the video to Facebook and TAG our page
Hilliard Optimist Youth Football so we can share it.
4. For EVERY push-up we will donate $1 to Dot's Tots Foundation up to a total of $500
*Local charity providing support to families offering foster care and/or adoption, children with debilitating disease, injury, and/or illness

Wear your Hilliard Optimist Football Team Jersey if you have one.

How long have we been around?
We've been proudly serving the Hilliard community and providing quality youth sports programs since 1958! 🎉

Are you a for-profit or non-profit?
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth sports organization.

What do we do for Hilliard?
We offer athletic and academic programs that help kids grow, learn sportsmanship, and build character.

- Fall: Tackle football, flag football & sideline cheer
- Winter: Basketball and Basketball Cheer – boys & girls teams
- Spring: Lacrosse and Volleyball

Beyond the fun of sports, the funds we raise help support:
✅ College Scholarships for deserving seniors (must have participated in our programs)
✅ Annual Essay Contest with cash awards.
✅ Annual Oratorical Contest with cash awards.

🏐 ARE YOU READY FOR SOME VOLLEYBALL?! 🏐

Spring is just around the corner, and we are back with our Youth Volleyball Developmental League! Whether your athlete is picking up a ball for the first time or looking to sharpen their skills, this is the place to be.

Our league focuses on the fundamentals—passing, setting, serving, blocking, and hitting—in a high-energy, supportive environment.

🗓️ THE DETAILS

WHO: Boys & Girls ages 7–14 (All skill levels welcome!)

WHEN: Mondays | April 6th – May 4th
WHERE: Hilliard Station Sixth Grade (5600 Scioto Darby Rd, Hilliard, OH)

⏰ SESSION TIMES

Junior Division (Ages 7–10): 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Senior Division (Ages 11–14): 6:40 PM – 7:40 PM (Each session includes 30 mins of practice + 30 mins of game play!)

💰 COST & REGISTRATION

Price: $120 (Includes a team t-shirt! 👕)

Payment: Required at registration

Teammate Requests: Must be made by April 1st (1 name only, please! We do our best to honor requests).
