Sleep Tools for the Exhausted Parent
Thursday, 23 March 2023 6-8pm at the M&FRC building 150
RSVP to 801-777-4681

One of the first realities that new parents learn is that the old cliche about “sleeping like a baby” is a joke. Sure, some folks are fortunate with little ones who seem to sleep all night. Many parents successfully resolve their children's sleep concerns. Then there are the rest of us, the very tired parents who have tried everything to treat their child's sleep problems yet for various reasons remain sleep deprived and worried.

Don't know how to get your child to sleep through the night? Helping to resolve your child's sleep problem isn't selfish - it benefits both you and them! Join us for this panel discussion and Q&A session to learn some strategies to help your family get a better night's sleep!
