Highlands Business Partnership (HBP) is a 501-C3, New Jersey non-profit which exists to undertake, manage and facilitate recreational events and programs intended to promote the public welfare; the civic, educational, historic, cultural and economic, vitality within the Borough of Highlands, New Jersey.

✂️ A beautiful day to celebrate Frank J. Hall Park on Miller Street!

Mayor Carolyn Broullon, member of the Borough Council, Borough staff, Lions Club members, Highlands residents and the Highlands Business Partnership gathered today for a ribbon cutting celebrating the park’s new improvements, including tables and a bocce ball court—a welcoming place to gather, relax and enjoy some friendly competition!

The Highlands Lions Club raised $4,000 toward the project, and a State Local Aid grant helped defray the costs.

Dedicated to the memory of Frank J. Hall and his service to the people of Highlands, this park continues to bring our community together. Thank you to everyone who helped make these improvements possible!

Stop by, enjoy the space and play a round of bocce!

🐾 A little change of plans—Howl-a-ween is back on!

Seafarer will be hosting the Howl-a-ween Dog Costume Contest tomorrow, Sunday, October 18!

📍 Seafarer, 1 Atlantic Street, Highlands
Registration begins at 2 PM • Judging at 3 PM
