Highlands Emergency Council

Highlands Emergency Council We are a non profit organization to help clients with a Food Bank so that no one goes hungry!!!! We started this Non Profit in 1985!!!

We help out our neighbors and clients with food, clothing, housewares also we help with heating homes in the winter months by taking applications for help with LP, Fuel Oil or Wood!! We also partner with other Non Profits to help with other programs and projects that come up!!! Always looking for volunteers!!
