Swedish Folk Dance Club of Denver We enjoy dancing, we enjoy socializing. We dance every Wednesday evening at the Northridge Recreation Center, 8800 S. Broadway, Highlands Ranch. Vi ses snart!

Most of us have some tie to Sweden; a spouse, an immigrant great-grand-parent, a partiality to Swedish meatballs or a fondness for those long days of Midsummer when the sun never sets. But, check our latest FB post and/or message us to confirm, as we might be taking a summer or vacation break. We enjoy a variety of Swedish dances, from the 'gammal' (old) dances such as waltz, snoa, polka and schot

tish to traditional folk dances ranging from the Gotland Kadrilj to Jämtpolska. No dance experience is necessary; you don't have to be Swedish. You don't need to bring a partner. We do request that you wear some kind of smooth-soled shoes, so you can move more easily on the wood floor. The first two sessions are free. (See you soon!)
