Paula also serves as **GBTA Michigan’s Chapter Secretary**, and we’re so appreciative of the organization, consistency, and support she brings to our board.

We’re also excited to see Kara step into her new role as **GBTA Michigan’s Meetings & Events Chair** and look forward to all the great things ahead.

Stephanie brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the Grand Rapids hospitality market, with a career that has included roles as General Manager and Regional Director of Sales.

She recently joined Lodgco Hospitality as Regional Director of Sales, where she oversees a portfolio of ten hotels across multiple states. Stephanie is passionate about developing strong sales leaders and driving success across diverse property types.

In addition to her professional work, Stephanie is highly engaged in her local community, serving on the boards of Experience Grand Rapids and Women in Hospitality Leadership.
