When the future feels uncertain, remember what God has already done. 🙏

We can spend so much time worrying about what’s ahead that we forget the ways God has already shown His faithfulness in our lives.

Take time to remember. Thank God for what He has done. Trust Him with what comes next—whether it’s five minutes, five months, or five years from now.

Yet I Will: Praising God When the Harvest Fails

What does it look like to praise God when the harvest fails?

When the outcome isn’t what we prayed for, when circumstances don’t make sense, and when life leaves us disappointed, can we still choose joy and trust in God?

This Sunday, Pastor Kris Kappler will lead us through Habakkuk 3:16–19 with a message titled “Yet I Will: Praising God When the Harvest Fails.”

Habakkuk reminds us that our hope isn’t dependent on everything going right. Even in seasons of loss and uncertainty, we can say, “Yet I will rejoice in the Lord.”

Broken doesn’t mean beyond hope. 🤍

We often think of healing as putting the broken pieces back together. But God offers us something even greater—He doesn’t simply repair what was broken. He makes us new.

Like clay in the hands of the Potter, God takes our lives and continues shaping, healing, and transforming us into something new.

No matter what your story looks like, you are never too broken for the hands of God.

Need a Ride to Church?

Transportation doesn’t have to keep you from joining us on Sunday!

WOTA - Western Oakland Transportation Authority provides affordable transportation for adults 18 and older throughout its service area, with priority given to seniors, adults with disabilities, and veterans.

WOTA operates on Sundays from 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, making it a possible transportation option for those who need a ride to and from worship at Thrive Church.

Rides: $4 per stop
Seniors & adults with disabilities: $2 per stop
Veterans and their families: Ride free

Rides should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
