🏠🎨❤️ Serving in the Suburbs 2026 ❤️🎨🏠
Recently, several of our Thrive Students joined approximately 35 students and leaders from across the region for the annual Serving in the Suburbs mission trip in Swartz Creek.
Over four days, students stepped outside their comfort zones and into opportunities to serve. They painted homes, completed outdoor projects, helped refresh property spaces, participated in a community food distribution, worshiped together, prayed together, and built meaningful friendships along the way.
What made this week special wasn't just the work that was completed—it was watching students grow as they learned what it means to serve others with humility, compassion, and the love of Christ.
For more than 15 years, this mission has provided opportunities for students to be the hands and feet of Jesus in practical ways. This year was no different. Through every paintbrush stroke, every conversation, every act of service, and every prayer, our students had the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
We are incredibly proud of our Thrive Students and thankful for everyone who prayed, supported, and encouraged them throughout the week. 💚
