12/19 Christmas Outreach | “Regalo sa Pasko” 🎄✨
On December 19, our Christmas Outreach program, “Regalo sa Pasko,” was a heartfelt reminder that compassion and unity can truly make a difference. Through this initiative, we were honored to bring joy, hope, and smiles to 450 children in Poblacion Zone 2, Capoocan, Leyte, Philippines.

This meaningful effort was made possible by the dedication of our volunteers, the selfless work of our Santa’s elves who carefully prepared and wrapped 450 gifts, our cooks and food preparation team who ensured each food pack was prepared with care, and the local barangay officials who helped organize and support the program on the ground.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the partners and sponsors of Helping Hands Fil-Am Inc. for their continued generosity and commitment to serving communities in need. Your support allows us to turn compassion into action and create moments of hope for the next generation.

Thanksgiving is a beautiful reminder to open our hearts and extend our hands. ❤️

Last Saturday, Helping Hands Fil-Am Inc. donated $1,000 worth of turkeys to Ascension Holy Trinity Mission Center to support families in our community.

Every year, our Helping Hands FilAm family comes together for our Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive — a heartfelt mission to donate to local food pantries and help families who need a little extra love and support this season. 💕

As we gather around our own tables, let’s remember those who may not have as much.
Your small act of kindness — a few canned goods, pasta, rice, or even personal care items — can make a real difference in someone’s Thanksgiving celebration.

We successfully sent the donations today and raised a total of ₱150,000 ($2,665) for our ongoing outreach to our Kababayan in Cebu, Philippines, affected by the recent magnitude 6.9 earthquake. 🇵🇭

Before heading back to the U.S., we made time for another meaningful outreach with Helping Hands - FilAm Inc. This time, we were joined by our Philippines scholar recipient, Gilbert Amante, who generously helped us in giving back.

We were able to distribute 150 packed lunches to the kids in Atipolo, Leyte, Philippines. A heartfelt thank you to the local Brgy Council and the amazing volunteers who made this possible. Together, we are creating small moments of happiness that matter. 🇵🇭
