Matthew's Christmas wish

This year we had not taken any donations, or done a can drive.


If you would like to, donate to a mom to be. we are thinking about making money or just collecting diapers and wipes, baby clothes, and blankets for a little girl that is due in the beginning of the year. I know this is different than what we normally do but Matthew would like to help. So if you feel like helping out, we can still pick up cans or we can have you pick up things for a newborn if not, we wish you a very merry Christmas and maybe be back to doing the toy drive next year.

Here are some of the things I’m going to run down to Children’s Hospital.  with the storm coming and everything else I am going to run it down there today. Thank you for everybody that hope this year. I am sorry I didn’t get all the cans picked up that I said I would. I was in the hospital for a week and my husband was in the hospital for a week at a different point. But that doesn’t take away from the cans we did pick up and the gifts we did get so thank you everybody and merry Christmas.

With the cans that I have recently picked up in the last two or three months. I hope everybody is OK knowing that I use that money to support an 11-year-old boy that was not want it at home anymore. His parents wanted to put him into the system and a foster care or send him to Juvie. He stayed with me for a week also with one of my friends. His uncle pick him up on Friday with some clothes that his mom gave him the Legos and some basketball cards. If anybody would be willing to donate money more cans for me to return I would like to try and pick up this young man anything please let me know and I could let you know maybe the sizes he’s wearing or some of the interest And what he is into. His parents are not willing to give him all of his things back that they have an already sold or holding hostage. I really hope everybody’s OK with me spending the money that I already received in donations and helping this kid have things for a bedroom at his uncle‘s house

So I got about $250 in Can donated so far from Matthews Christmas wish. This year we are not gonna donate at Christmas time on Christmas Eve. We are gonna take it to our children’s and woman center in Pontiac to do a donation. We will be doing this before school starts back up. We will be collecting can food regular baby food blankets Bottles rattles walkers anything a baby may need. woman’s/ teen clothing anything for women and children and babies and need. If you would like to donate please reach out or if you have anything that is like new in great/ good shape also please reach out. I will be doing lawn work which included cutting grass and w**d whipping. All money I make will go towards my son and this charity in Pontiac. Ok Matthews wants to do a can drive and raise money. He is not sure if wants to take the toy down to hospital, or find a place kids around our home area could use them and cheer them up. We did not do anything for Christmas so he is wanting to do something now. We have had a little money already put up. If you would like to donate your cans please let me know and we can set up a time to pick them up. Or if I would like to help in any other way. Thank you so much

It’s been 9 years. From when we finally started to get answers and what was going on with Matthew and his kidneys. He is one of the first pictures we have after finding out it more serious than we thought. For weeks before that they were telling us it was just allergies and that’s why he was swelling up.

Would anyone be interested in I having Matthew’s and I hide Easter eggs for you? It could be any day, but for the most part Saturday night or Sunday morning. After kids are in bed sleeping for the night. Or before kids get up. We would do 12 per kid. We can fill with candy that you pick out, or what you choose for Ustinov use. He was thinking $25 for one kid, or $40 for two. If more then two kids $1 a egg. The money made 1/2 would go too his Christmas money. To get gift for kids in the hospital at Christmas time. The rest for him to spend. Please let us know if you or anyone you know would like this.
