We serve students in Milford, Highland, White Lake, and Commerce townships. As hard as this is to believe, there are 2,800 children in your community who may go without food from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. ar for your donation of $100, and for each additional $100 another child is fed. Volunteers perform all the work that needs to be done. 100% of your donation goes to a hungry child or children. Because hunger doesn’t take a break on the weekend, these children depend on Blessings in a Backpack and we in turn depend on donations. It has been said, “Character is how you treat those who can do nothing for you”. And I believe that, but I also believe that charitable works should be acknowledged. All donors will be acknowledged in print and/or media, as well as a window decal identifying your company as a community leader making sure no child in our community goes hungry.
