I made 16oz+ with this recipe:

2 handfuls of spinach(approx 2c)
2 green apples md-lg
1 cucumber lg
1 lemon
Handful of fresh mint
1 inch of ginger
Delicious and refreshing!

I don't know what the weather's like where you at! where I'm at there's a heat wave advisory going on here in the tri-state East Coast New York New Jersey Pennsylvania for a few days already!!☀️here's a quick recipe to stay cool: frozen🍉, 🍓, a few basil leaves and spring water - you can throw some lime in there too put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender AKA Vitamix or the same and blend until your desired SLUSHIE consistency is achieved!!! Enjoy.
