NeighborCorps Re-Entry Services Program participants work with staff and volunteers (a.k.a. Navigators) to achieve individualized re-entry goals.

A community-based program that assists individuals with a history of involvement with the Middlesex County NJ carceral system transition back to their communities. NeighborCorps Re-entry Services is a community based program that assists individuals with a history of involvement with the Middlesex County NJ carceral system transition back to their communities. We strive to build positive relationships with participants, providing mentorship, acceptance, and accountability. Volunteers and staff also support our participants’ positive family members, cultivating relationships critical to a successful transition and supporting the participant as they become active members of their communities. NeighborCorps is a program operated under the 501c3, Classis of New Brunswick Community Development Corporation.
