Are you ready to kick off summer the right way? Grab your grass skirts and floral shirts because the Highland Lakes Annual Luau is back! 🌺✨

We are bringing the island vibes straight to the lakefront with a full evening of delicious food, great music, and community fun. Bring the whole family out for a night to remember! 🌊

Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association Maintenance Technicians (Sussex County, NJ)

Are you dependable, hardworking, respectable and enjoy working outdoors in a beautiful environment?

We are looking for you! We have one full-time and two part-time positions available for year-round employment.

Salary: TBD and will discuss at the interview

What You Will Do:

· Maintain local community beaches and 32 miles of roadways.

· Keep up sports courts (ball fields, basketball, tennis, and pickleball).

· Handle general repairs, equipment upkeep, and trash pick-up.

· Respond to community maintenance requests using basic digital work orders.

What We Are Looking For:

· Experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or handy-person work, including trash pick-up if needed.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and repair skills.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Boat license and Safety Certificate are a plus)

· Ability to manage physical outdoor work in all weather conditions.

· Tech-savvy enough to handle emails and digital work orders.

· Initiative and out-of-the-box thinking!

Looking for a meaningful role close to home?
We are seeking three dependable, community-oriented Security Officers to join our team.
Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association
We have 2 part-time security positions and 1 full-time security position.
Salary - TBD - will discuss at interview.
Schedule: Part-time (day/evening shifts, weekends, holidays)
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct security patrols in the community.
• Monitor facilities, badges, parking, and docks.
• Respond to member concerns and assist with events.
• Work with local police and emergency services.
What We Need:
• A Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (Required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or community experience preferred
Tech-savvy enough to handle emails and entering shift reports.
