Thirty-seven years. Thousands of memories. Countless hugs.
If you asked me what kept me coming back to Matthew Salem Camp year after year, the answer has always been the same.
These faces.
Every smile. Every milestone. Every friendship. Every reminder that everyone deserves to be seen, celebrated, and loved exactly as they are.
They have given me far more than I could ever give them. They have made me laugh, humbled me, inspired me, and reminded me what truly matters.
They haven't just been the reason I came back every summer.
They've always been my why. ❤️

Thursday at Matthew Salem Camp was another beautiful day filled with sunshine, smiles and plenty of adventure! From yoga, archery, arts & crafts, foosball, swimming and lake activities to catching fish, mastering paddleboards and trying new things, our campers made the most of every minute. The laughter was nonstop, the friendships grew a little stronger, and another day of unforgettable camp memories is in the books. ❤️

Dance Party!

If you ask our campers, Wednesday night may have stolen the show! 💃🕺 After an energetic Zumba class with our special guest, Miss Sabrina, everyone grabbed a microphone for one of the most anticipated nights of the week...Karaoke! Whether they were singing, dancing, hula hooping, cheering on their friends or just soaking up the fun, the Pavilion was filled with smiles from start to finish. These are the moments that make Matthew Salem Camp so special. ❤️🎤

Wednesday Adventures

Wednesday at Matthew Salem Camp was full of adventure! 🍃 Cooler temperatures made it the perfect day for archery, fishing, kayaking, swimming, arts & crafts and our brand-new Find Fred scavenger hunt. Campers searched high and low for hidden Freds while learning fun facts about nature along the way, proving that learning can be just as much fun as playing. Take a close look through today's photos...you never know, you might Find Fred too! ❤️

Tuesday at Matthew Salem Camp kept us on our toes! 🌦️ We started the day with a little rain, but before long the sun was shining and camp was back in full swing. From tomahawks, yoga, basketball, fishing and paddleboarding to arts & crafts, swimming and Music Bingo, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Along the way, campers tried new things, cheered each other on and made memories that will last long after camp ends. We can't wait to see what adventures tomorrow brings! ❤️
