85% of jobs in 2030 haven’t been invented yet, so lifelong learning is more important than ever. Thank you to Brian Berning, Partner and Global Enterprise Account Leader at RSM US LLP, for taking the time to speak with our students at the NKU Haile College of Business about navigating success in today’s evolving job market!

In a world where roles are constantly changing, resilience and the ability to continuously adapt, unlearn, re-learn, and grow are more important than ever.

Our student attendees asked about post-grad opportunities, certifications, and secondary degrees. Brian emphasized it’s “less about titles and more about trajectory”. It’s the importance of balancing technical skills with the ability to influence and connect with others. Skills get you hired, but behaviors determine trajectory.

We are so grateful for the valuable insights and actionable advice Mr. Berning provided. Our attendees have their homework… ✏️ now they’re ready to seek feedback, practice learning agility, and grow to thrive in tomorrow’s workforce!
